We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team here at Starbucks UK.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing day to day support to our Store Development team and be part of project teams set up to execute the organization’s strategic initiatives. This role is a high profile, business facing role with the opportunity to develop and grow the role as the strategic direction of the business determines. While a strong finance background is essential to the role, it is equally critical for the individual to be able to sort through data and produce a coherent and informative business presentation for non-finance recipients, with support from the UK finance analysts.

Supporting thebusinesswithinsighttodrivedecisions.
Supporting with the growth of finance analysts within the team
Create a 'userfriendly'reporting/insight-bolsteringenduserengagement
Operate as a key finance contact and support for UK Leadership Team members
Be an active partner to Store Development, bringing commercial insight and rigor to new proposals and initiatives.
Supporting the UK LT on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives
Working cross functionally to build strong relationships and ensuring joined up decision making across the business
We will look to you to bring the following skills
Fully qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
Self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work effectively, efficiently and professionally while still meeting tight deadlines
A flair for presenting financial data in a concise and actionable format
Ability to continuously prioritise, comfortable in consistently changing environment
Strong communication skills and confidence while interacting at all levels in the organisation
Ability to manage senior stakeholders through effective project management skills
Strong numeric and data management skills
Extensive Microsoft Office experience, including PowerPoint and Excel
