About Field Sales Representative, Uber Eats, Grand Paris

  Qu'il s'agisse d'un sandwich, d'un burrito ou de l'épicerie, l'équipe d'Uber Eats travaille autour d'une technologie pour connecter les gens à ce qu'ils veulent, quand et où ils le veulent. Notre équipe Sales est en première ligne et collabore avec les restaurants pour faire grandir notre activité.

  En tant que Commercial(e) Restaurant, vous établirez des relations solides avec les meilleurs restaurants et chaînes de France afin d'avoir un grand impact sur la sélection proposée sur l'application Uber Eats. Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne curieuse prête à dénicher les meilleurs restaurants, ayant un fort intérêt pour la food tech, et un goût prononcé pour la négociation. Votre mission principale sera d'attirer de nouveaux restaurants pour continuer à développer notre application.

  Ce que vous ferez

  Présenter clairement les services, les valeurs et les projets de Uber Eats aux restaurateurs (prospects), afin de leur donner envie de nous rejoindre.Conclure des partenariats avec les restaurants sur votre territoire en gérant l'intégralité du processus de vente, de la prospection au closing et à l'arrivée des partenaires sur la plateforme.Gérer des négociations commerciales afin de décrocher des partenariats avec des restaurants à très fort potentiel.Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la l'opérationnalisation de la stratégie commerciale pour veiller à ce que Uber Eats puisse réussir son développement at scale (partout et à grande vitesse).Identifier et prioriser les restaurants à démarcher pour chaque zone travaillée afin d'équilibrer volume de contacts, conversion des prospects et potentiel business (pépite locale, offre de cuisine diversifiée...).

  Ce dont vous aurez besoin

  Une expérience sur un poste de Sales (CDI, CDD ou Alternance), avec une forte dimension prospection à froidDe solides notions en prospection téléphonique, négociation et closing de contrats et d'accompagnementDe bonnes capacités relationnelles afin de nouer des relations rapidement avec les différents partenairesUn profil déterminé, autonome et axé sur les résultats avec des capacités d'organisation et de prise d'initiative dans un environnement en constante évolutionUne communication claire et une solide force de persuasionUne parfaite maîtrise du français et un bon niveau d'anglais

  About the Role

  As a Field Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with France's best independent restaurants as well as chains and to have a big impact on the restaurant selection on Uber Eats. We are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running and knows where the best eateries are, is passionate about food and enjoys negotiating to build the best partnership. Your primary focus will be bringing on new top restaurants and leverage your pitching, negotiating and driving internal processes to set up our clients for success.

  What you'll do:

  Close deals with Restaurant Partners in your market by owning the entire end-to-end sales process.Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our restaurant partners, including sustainable economics for both parties.Clearly communicate the value of Uber Eats and its newest products and projects.Help craft and redesign processes to ensure Uber Eats can move quickly and succeed at large scale.Own the restaurant selection in your area.

  What You'll Need:

  An experience in an inside and / or field sales position ideally for a high growth company, (Technology, FMCG, or Hospitality industry) or client facing position.Fluent in both French and EnglishExperience in sourcing, negotiating and driving contracts to closure.Confidence in building great relationships with partners & ability to win new business over the phoneRelentlessly driven, self-motivated and goal-orientedA people person, you love talking to people and getting them excitedAbility to stay poised and organized in a fast-paced work environment
