Oversee event measurement and tracking, communicate the return on investment and impact of events, and own results reporting to leadership and key stakeholders

Manage B2B event calendar and understand timing of events across other Uber lines of business

Support ad-hoc regional event requests and logistics as required (managing incoming requests, shipping/handling of booth materials, consulting with local teams to provide event guidance)

Partner with teams to build marketing plans for events, including developing pre-/during/-post go-to-market plans.

Share event best practices and manage event playbook for local field teams

  Basic Qualifications

5+ years of event marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving quantifiable and measurable business results (ROI, closed accounts, leads, etc.)

Ability to travel frequently to events as requested (US & Canada)

  Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Hospitality/Restaurant, Retail/Grocery, and/or Technology industry

Experience leading a variety of B2B events, ranging from large-scale trade shows, co-marketing events, and experiential activations to executive roundtables and educational workshops

Excellent project management, organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills

Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills

Excellent forecasting and budget management skills

Proficient in Salesforce and B2B marketing automation software

Strong familiarity with Google Workspace and the ability to craft a compelling story in slides

A hard-working, thorough, organized, and motivated self-starter, constantly striving to improve your skills and looking for ways to contribute to the team. Thrives on challenges and is not deterred by complicated/complex situations. Works independently in a fast paced environment.
