  Summary

  Field Operations Coordinator

  The Field Operations Coordinator will provide key operational support and offer direct project involvement and communication with several departments including, Human Resources, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Client Services, Field Management, Operations and Field Associates to aid in the execution of the customer and client assignments. Partner with department supervisors to help create process efficiencies, trainings, and find resolutions to every day operational matters escalated by Field Associates, Advantage Management, and/or Customer/Client Services.

  Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  Remotely oversee regional Field Staff for in-store sampling program at assigned retailer including scheduling, payroll, and on-going training

  Serve as direct point of contact for Field staff and Managers

  Handle basic Human resources and Payroll inquiries from Field Staff

  Reconcile event execution reports

  Collaborate with Operations & Sales team members to strategize event planning and deliver optimal event execution

  Work cohesively with other team members to ensure program success

  Job Will Remain Open Until Filled

  Position Summary

  The Coordinator Account Services is responsible for providing key support to aid in the planning, management, and oversight of accounts and other special projects. They must be able to collaborate effectively to deliver on mutual client and retailer objectives. Results will be obtained through effective planning, influence building, and use of resources.

  Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  Protecting Accounts

  • Documents account plans and forecasts: Assesses activities to plan; develops, monitors sales forecasts and event requirements in PTS to ensure accuracy; logs activity to track progress against the plan.

  • Manages deployment readiness and resource alignment: Ensures accurate understanding of mutually agreed client deliverables (e.g., terms and conditions, service-level agreements) and ensures knowledge is dispersed amongst personnel engaged in post-sale activity (e.g., operations, field execution); when needed, acts as the focal point for event education and preparation within individual geographies; creates client communication to ensure operational alignment.

  Maintaining Accounts

  • Prepares standard and ad hoc reports on account status: Analyzes account performance and contractual status data to identify internal improvement areas; generates reports on event readiness and business performance as scheduled or on demand.

  • Provides task substitution assistance in order to facilitate sales: Enters data using appropriate systems and processes and tracks processing to completion; takes ownership of mutually agreed client deliverables to effectively ensure that they are implemented and measured; builds event manuals that accurately reflect event expectations and communicate key operational information (e.g., selling points, recipes, etc.).

  • Crafts agreements and formal documents in securing new business: Communicates formalized expectations of work to stakeholders to ensure understanding of the opportunity and attendant responsibilities in execution.

  • Troubleshoots customer operational issues: Revises inaccurate data entry; solicits and gains required approval, expedites customer involvement, or identifies internal operations issues for escalation.

  Education Level:

  (Required): Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

  (Preferred): Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent experience

  Field of Study/Area of Experience:

  2-4 Years of experience in Account Services. CPG experience a plus.

  Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Basic level influencing skills – ability to manage internal and external boundaries, set expectations, and build alignment at varying management levels/client interface

  • Basic level insight skills – ability to identify and develop robust data on internal and external operations (especially regarding customer expectations and alternatives) and transform that data into decisions that balance risk with reward

  • Basic level execution skills - ability to coordinate mutually agreed expectations of what is promised to the customer into measurable business results

  • Basic level credibility skills – ability to use personal effectiveness to link relationships, processes, and business methodologies with revenue-producing activities

  • Ability to listen to direction and communicate that direction to others

  • Ability to prioritize work from multiple stakeholders and tactfully communicate those priorities

  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members who reside in multiple locations

  • Ability to communicate effective over multiple electronic means, as well as in person

  • Basic MS Office Suite skills

  Office / Sedentary Requirements

  Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
