Job DescriptionThe Field Marketing Manager works closely with Sales to execute segment-specific marketing programs. Responsible for assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities, and developing programs to meet the growing needs of sales and customer success. Most of the focus will be on the large account/enterprise segment and will require understanding of demand generation, pipeline acceleration and proven expertise rolling out Account Based programs. This role reports to the Sr Director of Field Marketing. Hybrid remote - 3 days/week in either Atlanta, GA or Austin, TXResponsibilities :Build out marketing strategy to support regional sales teams and help achieve top of funnel and pipeline generation goals. Liaise with field sales, channel sales and BDR teams to ensure alignment on AMS marketing programs and lead follow up.Own the development and execution of integrated marketing programs to support territory growth initiatives, with a focus on the large account/enterprise segment. Sample tactics include but are not limited to live and virtual hosted events, sponsored industry events, hospitality, sales nurture emails, sales tools, direct mail.Together with a direct and virtual team, drive integrated programs that tie together sales, business development reps and the global demand engine to accelerate the sales cycle and fill the top of the funnel (engage prospects/clients) by orchestrating live/targeted activities with always on/perpetual demand generationCommunicate with and educate the sales team on the overall marketing strategy, supporting campaign themes and tactical deliverables that are available from the global marketing program that can be leveraged by sales to support demand growth, pipeline acceleration and customer retentionWork with Marketing Operations to develop reports and analyze performance data for marketing programs to understand marketing contribution to pipeline and to evaluate program effectiveness/return on investment.Manage and adhere to budget allocationOversee external agencies.Qualifications:4+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in tech/softwareMinimum of Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field requiredExperience marketing to large enterprisesExperience working with Salesforce.com, Asana, Bizible and an understanding of marketing automation and ABM tools and methodologies is preferred.Understanding of campaign management, demand creation processes and marketing best practicesExperience with data segmentation and prioritization with insight gathering and analysis from multiple internal and external data sources (e.g. data providers, social analysis, engagement scores)In depth understanding of sales targets, sales methodology and sales strategyAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partnersExperience managing in person and virtual events and conferencesMulti-tasker with excellent project management and desire to work in a fast-paced environment with competing prioritiesCreative self-starter with a can-do attitudeStrong oral and written communicationStrong use of PowerPoint and ExcelExperience both scaling large companies and fast growth startups is preferredTricentis Core Values:Knowing what we need to achieve andhowto achieve it is important.
