What You Will Do: Possesses clinicalexpertise in care related to medical nutritional therapy, diabetesmanagement and other chronic conditions. Responsible to assess,coordinate, and provide age and educational level appropriate care andeducation for all patients. Collaborates with members of the health careteam to achieve to achieve optimal patient outcomes utilizing a varietyof education methods. Serves as a consultant and resource to staff,patients, and other health care providers.
