As a Facilities Support Technician 2 you are responsiblefor maintaining all facilities in a state of excellence to ensurepristine appearance and are safe, healthful, and provide positiveenvironments for all employees and members. Conducts periodic mechanicalmaintenance and proactively identifies issues throughout the facilitiesthat will improve the overall appearance and raise expectations.Provides outstanding service in handling all work requests and performsduties in a manner that supports credit union goals and vision. Idealcandidate will have a minimum of five years maintenance, facilities orgeneral maintenance experience, demonstrated knowledge to make roughestimates for materials and supplies, ability to follow directionwithout close supervision, ability to manage and prioritize multipletasks and must have a valid drivers license.
