About the role
The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the facility management team to ensure the successful competition of client facility needs.
This is an on-site opportunity in Los Angeles, California at a pharmaceutical/ laboratory facility.
What you’ll do
Responds to client inquires and concerns. Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients. Follows up with clients to excellent client service.
Builds work orders and assigns work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors. Communicates work orders to technicians and assists management in resolving problems.
Will support vendor management, work orders and invoicing/ POs such as Pest Control, Janitorial, Snow Removal, Landscaping services at this facility.
Provides reports on open and closed work orders to checks status with the appropriate technician or vendor.
Maintains files on work orders, proposals, and department files.
Crafts vendor files and checks accuracy on completed paperwork submitted by vendors.
Trains vendors on work order and billing procedures. Processes invoices and ensures accurate cost center coding.
Assists with the inspections on the facility campus.
Uses PC and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training.
Assist with process and procedure training.
What you’ll need
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
Experience with CMMS system is a plus.
Some financial experience is preferred with POs and invoicing.

The pay range is about $60,000 to $65,000 annual base salary.

The annual target salary range is $60,000 to $65,000. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience.
