　　Autodesk is looking for an Engineering Manager to join (ESAE) Enterprise System and Application Engineering team within the Enterprise Systems & Experience organization. This team is organized by product domain to best align with each other and their team members, so they can guide the greatest growth, evolve their platforms, and accelerate efficiency and scale.

　　As an Engineering Manager, you will join a customer success engineering team. You will work with many new technologies and frameworks. 　　Responsibilities

　　You will manage a team of software engineers to design full-stack, high-value, cloud-based applications and experiencesParticipate in technical design discussions and cross functional teamsPartner with stakeholders in planning, execution and management of resources, roadmap and releasesMaintain relationships with key stakeholders to help your team succeedDevelop roadmaps for the team and broader organizationParticipate in planning, resourcing, execution with teamsFoster engineering excellence and a collaborative cultureKeep team unified, motivated and connected to the our goalsImprove team processes and validate scope estimationsCollaborate with management and executives to build data-informed business strategy for the teamMentor and help engineers to build their career paths while also jumping into the codeSet and fulfil the engineering hiring plan for the team, including sourcing, screening, and interviewingMaintain high quality, performance and availability of services managedBuild healthy inclusive teams promoting diversity

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　10+ years of total experience in software development 3+ years' experience building engineering teamsEnthusiasm for modern technologies, complex problems, and building thingsExperience with Salesforce and AWS cloud engineeringIT knowledge determined by DevOps in an Enterprise and public cloud (Salesforce)Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze complex requirements, providing expert guidance on Salesforce solutions and aligning them with strategic goalsHands-on experience with most of the following: Implementation of complex custom functionalities using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components. Ensure code quality and maintainabilitySolid Experience working with product management to agree on goals and riskscollaborative, team player, and support your colleaguesProvide leadership within the development team and coach junior developers, and lead by example. Foster a and continuous improvementManage relationships with third-party vendors, evaluate solutions, and select appropriate AppExchange apps and components for complex requirementsWork in an Agile environment and using the Agile methodologyExperience in natural language processing, chatbot AI and delivering employee facing conversational service

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent experience5+ years of software development & architecture experience, with at least 4 years of managerial experience in engineering delivery with Agile/SCRUM practicesSalesforce Developer certification (e.g., Application Architect/ System Architect/ Technical Architect)Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitationsMust have Salesforce CRM implementation experience preferably in Service Cloud. Experience in Salesforce Products like Live Agent(Chat), OmniChannel is a plusExperience with Salesforce integrations and data managementStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to prepare formal management presentations, along with organizing and conducting effective meetingsThrive and lead effectively in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing, and fast-paced environmentKnowledge of best practices in Salesforce development and design patterns is a plus
