Job Description

　　A client of Insight Global' s is looking for a Civil Stormwater Engineer to join their team in the Henrico, VA area. This individual will help manage and lead drainage capital improvement projects from start to finish, including survey coordination, engineering design, right of way acquisition, utility relocation and construction phases. This includes plan reviews, public meetings, approving site work, managing consultants, stakeholder coordination, ensuring projects adhere to all technical and regulatory specifications and requirements, and reviewing and recommending payment of invoices. Engineering design duties include preparing and submitting construction plans, minimum design plans, and concept to contractor exhibits for review and approval for construction; preparing cost estimates, including review of scope and fee submittals, consultant coordination, and reviewing model deliverables; conducting H&H studies for in-house department specific capital improvement projects (road, bridge, etc.) and drainage projects.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

　　2-5 years experience with stormwater management

　　Knowledge of the Chesapeake Bay Prevention Act null
