Job Description

　　An employer is seeking an Endpoint Analyst in the Cincinnati, OH area. This person will be a part of a Public Safety Technology team of three people and primarily be responsible for providing detailed documentation on all of the clients' systems. This includes but is not limited to, knowing where to go to find host names, IP addresses, versions of application/OS/hardware, integrations/data transfers, users (customers) for each application, security controls in place, etc. The client has had multiple groups merge together, and as a result, a lot of systems need updating. It will be up to this person to provide documentation and insight around these items alongside the current analysts.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　2+ years of experience in IT

　　Extensive documentation experience with analyzing servers, hardware and software

　　Knowledge around IP addresses, host names, integrations/data transfers, etc. Previous Public Safety IT experience

　　Networking experience

　　Knowledge or familiarity around any of the following Public Safety technologies: Eventide Recording System, Lenel OnGuard Access Control System, Phoenix Intrusion Alarm Monitoring System null
