  Employee Experience Advisor

  Context/scope

  Purpose of the Role:

  The role of an Employee Experience Advisor involves acting as the single point of contact for all employee benefit issues/queries related to medical, Group life, Group personal Accident and Pension covers. The incumbent will be knowledgeable about employee benefits and the various laws and regulations which apply to them.

  The prime function of this role is:

  Management & administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including, including Pension, Medical Insurance, Group life and Group Personal Accident covers, Health and Wellness.Administration of employee policy related to benefits, including Parental leave, Long Service Awards, International Assignments and Travel and entertainmentInforming the workforce on health and lifestyle issues, while considering different cultural backgrounds - Notice Boards- Safety & Health site communication and Return to Work ProtocolsService Contract management – Medical, Group life and Accident, RBS, NSSF

  Key Accountabilities

  Assisting employees with enrolment in benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement savings. Ensure that all joiners are enrolled, and all leavers have been removed from existing benefit programmes.Conducting inductions or trainings on benefits to employees and/or promoting employee health and wellness activitiesEstablish and manage professional business relationship with service providers and insurance companies. Attend monthly HR supplier performance reviews. Carry out HR audits on 3rd party HR suppliers (Medical, Group life and accident and RBS).Work closely with onsite clinic administrator to ensure our site clinic is offering the appropriate services to all employeesWork with Supply OHS and Demand OHS managers with ensuring SOPs are adhered to. Ensure site is up to date on all relevant SOPsRemain on top of issues and situations related a pandemic – SOPs, Communication, Pandemic Care Management,Manage end to end benefits related processes and queries – responding to questions or concerns from employees about their employee benefits, including medical, pension and reward related policies i.e. free issue, long service awards, staff transport etc.Keeping employee benefits records up to date. Ensure annual updated to beneficiary list for all employeesBudgeting and Accounting for the total cost to company of various benefits options.Ensuring that the company's benefits policy complies with laws and regulations. Update policies where necessary.Informing employees of any changes to their benefits through communications.Reporting - maintain contact with local vendors / government agencies to receive and administer reports or statutory documentation relating to Benefits and Immigration.Research, identify and execute creative solutions and best practices to enable process improvement on benefits administrationImmigration Management - Manage all immigration related processes, queries, worker eligibility document applications/renewals for employees and their dependents in liaison with the appointed Diageo 3rd Party providers, Global Mobility, and government agencies.Work with the reward team with management of employee related benefits such as Employee Share Save Scheme (ESS)

  Capabilities, Skills & Experience:

  Degree in HR or related field, but experience and/or other training3 - 5 years experience in HR and/or compensation benefits administration.Great engagement and communication skills, experience of coaching and influencing a range of stakeholders for successFamiliarity with compensation benefits activities/packagesStrong organizational skills.
