Teach 1st to 6th grade elementary students. Develop daily lesson logs that meet common core standards. Tailor and fit lesson logs to the needs of the students. Use conventional teaching strategies to promote positive learning environment. Attend occasional professional development seminars. Work well with different learning styles of the pupils. Communicate with parents to discuss the academic performance and behavior of their child. Finish work efficiently and with less supervision. Communicate with colleagues and discuss data and strategies to that will work best to the needs of the learners. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or Equivalent is required. Valid North Dakota Educator's Professional License (Tier I) is required.
