Dazzler by Wyndham is now seeking a Ejecutivo de reservas to join our team at Dazzler by Wyndham Buenos Aires Maipu in Buenos Aires City, Argentina.

　　Propósito

　　Ser responsable de informar, vender y generar la reserva cumpliendo las políticas y procedimientos logrando una mayor rentabilidad de las habitaciones y una excelente atención para los clientes del grupo.

　　Principales funciones & responsabilidades

　　Contestar cualquier pedido de reserva o información de manera puntual y profesional

　　Conocer todas las características de habitaciones, sus ubicaciones y servicios del hotel

　　Enviar cotizaciones y confirmaciones en función de los estándares de Wyndham

　　Mantener actualizada la estructura tarifaría e informar las diferentes promociones

　　Tomar todos los datos e información necesaria para todas las reservas según las políticas y procedimientos del grupo

　　Cumplir con los cupos destinados a cada segmento del mercado, cliente y nivel de tarifa de acuerdo a la temporalidad y demanda

　　Educación & experiencia

　　Estudios secundarios completos y estudiantes cursando primeros años de hotelería o carreras afines

　　Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares

　　Inglés avanzado

　　Etiqueta de conversación y comunicación eficaz

　　Actitud de servicio

　　Orientación a resultado y perfil comercial

　　Organización y planificación

　　Conocimiento de sistema Opera
