  Job Description Summary

  At Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace Company, we've been reimagining the power of flight for more than 100 years. We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.

  As Advanced Program Manager for EJ200 and DFZI MRO activities, both National and Export, you will be operating in the context of service (MRO and support) projects. You will be responsible to fulfill customer orders and needs according to the contracts requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and reaching company financial targets. In addition, in this role you will be monitoring and optimizing engine/module repair processes cost through the EJ200 MRO Cost leader, with the aim to identify margin for expansion initiatives.

  Job Description

  Essential Responsibilities

  Supervise, Organize and Execute Service Projects in term of quality, deliveries, cost & time. Apply project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control, to fulfill contracts requirements or customer needsCommunicate and interact with the customers on an on-going basis; report and share program progress during periodic program reviews; customer interface with the internal stakeholders; negotiate with the customer activities not covered by the contractLead cross-functional team, tracking deliveries, inductions & customer demand and relevant KPI as per different contracts in place. Participate in SIOP process to ensure a smooth program execution with variations in demand, capacity, materials availabilityLead the National and Export fleets support services, including interaction with GE Avio staff located at the IAF bases and offices for the National fleet support, and with key Suppliers such as MEPC for export fleets supportParticipate to EJ working group B as representative of EJ200 service contracts:

  Cooperates with GE Avio fleet manager to collect and analyze fleet data to provide accurate data input for Product Support TemplateImplement and enhance the consortium relevant initiatives aimed to improve service activitiesLead internal teams (Engineering and Manufacturing) involved into service and engineering support for NETMA customers

  Qualifications/Requirements

  Engineering Master's degree from an accredited university or college (Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering preferred)Relevant experience in Military Business and Program ManagementPrevious experience in MRO Business, with deep knowledge of MRO activities for Military engines and contractsHigh Customer Oriented skillsItalian and English written and oral good knowledgeWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
