Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:Point of contact for application related issues via ticketing system
Run/Complete daily system cleanup reports
Adding/Updating/Terming employees
Block client records
Diagnose and resolve problems affection EHR's
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Familiarity with computers and common computer issues
Capable of troubleshooting and diagnosing application problems and assisting with resolutions
Skilled in effective communication with a diverse workforce
Excellent communication skills written and verbal, as well as listening skills
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment
Ability to independently complete all assigned tasks and meet deadlines
Responds to tickets, emails and phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
Exhibits a positive helpful attitude toward fellow employees in all circumstances
Knows how to ask for assistance from others and take constructive advice
Experience and Education Qualifications:Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelors Degree in
computer science, or a closely related field;
OR
High School diploma with basic computer skills including but not limited to application
support
Employment Requirements:Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record and abuse/neglect.
Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.
All training requirements including Relias Learning at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer and organizational skills.
