About Operations Manager

  Description Our client, located in the East Bay is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing key projects and initiatives. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects in line with organizational goals. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal and external leaders and stakeholders, providing project management leadership to ensure the efficient and effective achievement of key objectives and goals. Bring project management expertise to ensure key objectives and goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. Drive deliverables according to the project schedule, objectives, and budget. Review current business processes, identify areas of improvement, and devise improvement strategies. Maintain and report on the Portfolio of projects and project activities to the Leadership team. Develop presentation materials and facilitate various meetings, including knowledge-sharing sessions, lunch & learn, workshops, etc. Lead and manage cross-functional projects Facilitate project meetings and provide ongoing project communications to stakeholders. Schedule and manage project team meetings, including the creation of agendas and meeting minutes. Create and maintain a project executive dashboard, escalating risks and issues to the project leadership team when appropriate. Work independently within the scope and direction of the Director of Organizational Learning in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Participate as a Leadership Team member in developing and implementing cross-functional projects contributing to overall success. Oversee the project management portfolio of key projects and initiatives, assisting departments in achieving their goals. Work in a fast-paced office setting with frequent interruptions and numerous demands on time. Provide project management leadership for key organizational initiatives, programs, projects, and efforts. Serve as a thought partner to Leadership Team members in Programs, Finance, Communications, Enterprise Applications, Grants, Business Development, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Facilities, and Administration. Requirements Qualifications: 3+ years of experience Possession of Project Management detail oriented (PMP) or Certified Master Project Manager (MPM) certification. Demonstrated experience in labor-management partnerships, workforce development, higher education, career and technical education, vocational education, certification, and credentialing within the healthcare labor market. Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce, WRIKE, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
