Our Client Principal team within Outside Sales, is forging the bridge between our thought leaders and customers by organizing, driving transformations, and creating relationships to align our customers with Dell Technologies' vision and solutions. We embody the "trusted advisor" role by managing the overall sales strategies for Client Principal teams and driving multi-million-dollar client investments in products delivering transformational value. As well as keeping the transformation team updated and engaged, we are recognized as a subject matter expert for Dell Technologies transformational capabilities.

  You Will:

  . Develop Transformation plan that clearly articulates key desired business outcomes, various sales campaigns, solutions & technology components that expressed by customers.

  . Build delivery roadmap needed to achieve those outcomes.

  . Build transformation plan in collaboration with customers and various sales and delivery stakeholders internally.

  . The Client Principals play a critical role as a "trusted advisor" to client CxOs and Business Unit leaders, driving multi-million-dollar client investments in product and services delivering Transformation value inclusive of all of Dell Technologies solutions.

  Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role:

  Essential Requirements

  • 25+ years in IT sales or management consulting, including 10+ years in a Partner/Principal role

  • Experience directly leading Client Executives, Account Executives and Customer CXOs through multi-year transformations of at least $50M, starting during the pre-sales cycle through delivery.

  • Prior work on topics outside of IT strategy, including organization design, change management, and process redesign.

  • Demonstrated experience working in one or more of Dell's Identified verticals (Manufacturing, Automotive, Financial Services, etc.) and Technology application in verticals.

  • Demonstrated experience in orchestrating technical and sales resources to drive large customer projects in your key accounts.

  • Experience working in matrixed, complex, fast-moving and constantly changing environments within an extremely competitive market.

  • Multi-year experience consulting with CXO of large corporations to help them position their organizations for success

  Desirable Requirements

  • In depth understanding of PaaS / CaaS / IaaS, devops, AI, security, data storage, private cloud and hyper-converged solutions, as well as the solution's value when mapped to an account's industry and business needs.

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
