  How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

  The part time, hybrid, Flight Ops Support role provides subject matter expert support to key projects and needs inside of Delta Professional Services (DPS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines. This role works on an 'as needed' basis supporting administrative areas including employee engagement (including on-campus events, sometimes in the evening after normal business hours), communications, graphics, and social media needs of DPS for a majority remote workforce. This position will report to the Communications & Engagement Manager and support the Communications Engagement Team.

  What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.Execute comprehensive employee engagement programs that align with company objectives, including wellness initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, recognition programs, and more.Lead onsite and remote engagement events and activities.Ability to work within a set budget.Ability to work within company brand standards and guidelines.Own and help improve onboarding process.Support in external vendor management.Assist in the execution of direct mail campaigns.Partner with DPS teams to complete project tasks as assigned.Research opportunities to enhance enterprise.Support process development and execution.Specific duties as assigned by DPS management.People engagement and experience.Ability to establish and maintain relationships with parent company.Aid in the creation of content and the coordination social media posts.Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media outlets.Excellent written communication ability.Solid computer skills including proficiency with Office 365 and graphics software.Work in a fast-paced, newly established environment while maintaining mindfulness.Creative and flexible mindset.Multi-tasking team player willing to help meet critical deadlines.Regularly analyze and evaluate employee engagement data, survey results, and feedback to measure the effectiveness of programs. Use these insights to make data-driven improvements.Create a positive and productive work environment that ensures our employees are motivated, satisfied, and committed to the company's mission and values.
