Overview
St. Luke’s Health Foundation seeks a Donor Relations Coordinator to support and enhance the donor experience, with particular emphasis on major gift donors.
Focused on the donor experience and relationship with St. Luke's Health Foundation, the Donor Relations Coordinator leads donor relations activities, including drafting donor correspondence, coordinating regular stewardship communications, strategizing on donor recognition and stewardship opportunities, updating donor information in software program, and various special donor stewardship projects and activities.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the enhancement of how donors experience their relationship with St. Luke's Health by creating, planning and implementing meaningful donor engagement strategies
Partner with gift officers and other development team members to identify and produce materials or activities which help the donor to feel appreciated, important and valued.
Responsible for producing high quality donor communication material, including letters, emails, newsletters, reports, announcements, etc, which demonstrate the impact of a donor's giving.
Integrates with all aspects of the donor moves management continuum.
Is both a leader and a contributor of various donor events and activities, sometimes serving as the lead event coordinator for high-touch donor events and engagement activities.
Responsible for donor recognition activities, including named spaces, donor walls, lists and donor recognition events. This includes the creation, evaluation and management of donor recognition policies and protocols.
Supports the Foundation's Executive and Senior Leadership team with administrative functions.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience: 2 years relevant experience.
