Work you'll do + Conduct reviews of medical exam documentation in accordance with established medical and legal requirements + Interact with healthcare professionals to provide report-specific feedback and assist in resolving discrepancies + Follow all processes and procedures related to program operations and safeguarding of personally identifiable information / personal health information + Consistently meet individual productivity and quality goals + Collaborating and assisting with training/mentoring/coaching of QA Team members + Supervise a team of 15-20 QA team members + Track throughput, attendance, and quality of direct reports and provide detailed feedback and coaching The team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact.
