　　What you do?

　　This role will be a mix of Oracle R12 Support & Enhancement Work, plus downstream application system support within the Record to Report area.

　　Act as level two support for all systems under Record to report area. Escalate for resolution where appropriate.

　　Research and provide solutions to issues reported by the user or other team members.

　　Must be able to work closely with the business to address system enhancements and process issues.

　　Recommend upgrades / patches to the Oracle EBS suite.

　　Develop new extensions or configure current modules as needed to address business issues.

　　Document user procedures / processes along with SOX and best practices

　　Thoroughly test configurations, business rules, extensions, enhancements / modifications, and management of the migration process into the production environment.

　　Lead System Integrations resulting from new company acquisitions.

　　What you need?

　　4+ years’ experience with Oracle EBS.

　　Ideally Degree Qualified with Business or IT Background.

　　Extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS concepts, systems, software solutions and business modules with a focus on Oracle Project Accounting, General Ledger & Cash Management.

　　Very strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact positively with upper management as well as communicating problems to appropriate teams within our organization.

　　Strong problem solving and business process design skills with the ability to configure Oracle modules and specify extensions.

　　Good understanding of how to operate on Metalink /MOS.
