JOB DUTIES::
• Plans, organizes, and communicates daily workload.
• Collects, counts, and prepares picklists for all shipments and enters the information into the portals for each carrier.
• Manually directs all international shipments to follow correct standards.
• Performs audits on international paperwork.
• Coordinates with carriers and schedules times for all inbounds and outbounds.
• Enters all shipments and other information into the schedule. Continually reviews the schedule for inconsistencies.
• Prepares folders with all necessary paperwork for each outbound.
• Runs daily reports to make sure that all shipments have been processed correctly and in timely manner.
• Creates shipments and secures transport for test products and international registration samples.
• Monitors partial pallet numbers and adjusts shipments as needed to ship bulk product out.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Two (2) years-experience in a office administration or dispatching.
Intermediate computer or tablet skills; intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP.
