We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Emerging ARTD (Alcohol, Ready-to-Drink) Category Infrastructure Design. This individual will collaborate closely with Global Process/Ingredient Technology and Global Supply Chain teams to develop scalable solutions that enable category growth across different countries. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge in supply chain management, infrastructure planning, and project management, with a strong background in the alcohol industry.
What You'll Do for Us
Collaborate with Global Process/Ingredient Technology and Global Supply Chain teams to conceptualize and develop scalable solutions for Emerging ARTD category growth.Build and maintain a 3+ year Supply Chain project and initiative pipeline to deliver on growth, continuity, capabilities, and productivity objectives.Ensure organizational alignment in the design and execution of Enterprise Priority Combos.Lead the development of long-term business models with finance to close gaps in the category and optimize supply chain value streams.
Implement flexible processes and technologies to support system supply chain orchestration.Design strategies to address current and future demand on ingredient, process, and manufacturing capabilities.Align with the Global Emerging ARTD Category Lead on business plans and pipelines.Identify and mitigate gaps in supply chain capabilities and develop solutions in partnership with other Function and OU/Country Technical Leaders.Establish strong connections with Global Process and Supply Chain teams to ensure the execution of the Global agenda and recommend best-in-class technologies.Design scalable solutions to support the achievement of Business Plan and long-term growth strategy of Emerging Category.Develop end-to-end supply chain value stream maps for pre-pipeline in Emerging ARTD category.Partner with Global Supply Chain, Strategy, and Infrastructure Leaders to develop category-specific action plans and lead the execution of these plans on a Global scope.Build strategic relationships with vendors, manufacturers, suppliers, and other KO Supply Chain teams globally.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or Equivalent Degree.8+ years of Supply Chain experience or related field with increasing responsibility in scope, multi-country management experience preferred and knowledge of ARTD category.Mastery of strategy development, infrastructure planning, supply chain analysis and digitization, external competitor supply chain, alcohol market expertise, and communication & collaboration.Broad expertise in product development & innovation, integrated management systems & digital literacy, commercialization, strategic sourcing and procurement, and business/financial acumen.English fluency required; additional languages a plus.Experience and comfort working directly with senior executives; aligning senior execs with differing perspectives.Project management experience.
