  Role Description

  The Professional Services Delivery team are the post-sales implementers of Analytics solutions (such as Tableau, CRM Analytics and Salesforce Data Cloud), and therefore highly customer-facing. The Data & Analytics Consulting team serve as trusted advisors for customers and partners by using advanced data and analytical techniques to solve real business problems. We work directly with customers to provide AI, Data Visualization, Data Science and Business Analytics solutions and consulting services.

  As a Data & Analytics Delivery leader of Professional Services you have expertise in building strong competency with teams across geographies. You also have pre-sales management experience with a deep knowledge of enterprise sales cycles.

  You will have exceptional leadership, communication, strategic, analytical, pre-sales, and consulting skills, as well as a track record of building high performing teams. Additionally, you will have a track record of success in the following areas:

  Transformational thinker and leader, taking the business to the next level through disruptive thinking and innovationInternal and external stakeholder managementMeeting and exceeding performance goals such as bookings, revenue and team utilisation.

  Your Impact

  Bring a sales and revenue-oriented perspective to the delivery organization and achieve performance goals such as implementation targets, revenue and profitability, CSAT, among others.Develop client relationships, understand their Data & Analytics strategy and business objectives, and identify ways to enable them to succeed in becoming data-driven decision making organizations.Engage with pre-sales activities as required, to best shape engagement scope in order to align with client needs, and optimize client ROI on Salesforce products. Participate fully in the scoping, construction, review and approval of project proposals (scope, level of effort estimates, and schedules) and SOWs prior to presentation to customer. Works closely with key stakeholders across our Salesforce business areas including Sales, Project Delivery, Operations, Product - to ensure customer and services success. Provide support and guidance to team regarding project structure, technical, delivery, and operational issues and help them work through obstacles.Achieve agreed billable utilization targets to ensure efficient use of resources, while managing appropriate business development activities, travel, prep time, vacation, etc. Provide meaningful and insightful measurement data regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of the global delivery practice.Take accountability for employee development, wellbeing, and performance. Guide the growth of the team and team members alike. Provide both continuous and periodic career guidance to employees through regular 1:1 meetings, quarterly check-ins, and the review process.Assigns program assignments and manages resource utilization to ensure scalability.Help identify trends, training needs and new programs or services.Participate in or lead ad hoc internal projects for the benefit of the worldwide Services Delivery organization.Hire world class talent, promote diversity (age, gender, experience, and heritage) and manage performance to ensure career growth opportunities.Some travel to customer locations in support of sales and delivery efforts.

  Minimum Requirements:

  Passion for data, consulting and learning. You are a fast learner and you enjoy learning new concepts and technology and determining how to best implement.Deep understanding of the modern data and analytics stack, with extensive consulting experience in leading enterprise engagements.Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.Team Leadership - project or direct management. Experience working in Data and Analytics including working with Business Analytics and data visualization tools to perform insights analysis on varied data (e.g. Tableau, Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Birst, Microsoft Power BI, etc.); and experience owning customer engagements end-to-end and/or Project Management.Ability to lead and/or support the formal contracting process through participation with negotiations, legal review, and internal Salesforce process and workflow management.Leads by example. Strong work ethic, teamwork skills and ability to be self-directed and resourceful.Customer service focused & commitment to quality, responsibility, & high work standards.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.Enjoys being the "Coach". Help team members achieve and exceed their goals.Effectively gives/receives feedback; demonstrated ability to establish/meet deadlines.Excellent analytical, influencing and communication skills: Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across teams (both internal and external) to garner support and achieve outsized impact.Data Architecture & Tools: modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query, RedShift), data modeling.Ideally, experience with Customer Data platforms such as Segment, Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform, Amperity, Treasure Data, Twilio Segment, Realtio, etc.AI knowledge - application of algorithms and models to solve business problems (ML, LLMs, GenAI).Familiar with technologies such as OpenAI, Google Vertex, Amazon Sagemaker etc.
