We are currently seeking a Director of National Markets basedin Denver,Coloradoto join our team as a strategicleaderinour growing Technical ServicesNational Division.
This position will be responsible for the leadership, growth, andfinancial performance of McKinstry's business units that provide technicaland strategic consulting in national and corporate markets across the US. Thesuccessful candidate will oversee operations, strategy, organic growthinitiatives, business development, and talent management.
McKinstry's Technical Services group has seven go-to-market offerings thatare designed to be sold individually or combined in a number of ways tooptimize new and existing building infrastructure. We provide highly-valuedprofessional services focused on optimizing energy-consuming systems, assetadvisory, and construction related consulting services. These offeringscenter around the core belief of delivering High Performance Buildings.
As the Director of National Markets, you will assume a pivotal role inadvancing McKinstry's mission to enhance building efficiency,sustainability, and performance on a national scale. Your responsibilitieswill include:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies topenetrate and expand our presence in national-footprint clients, with aspecial emphasis on high-performing and sustainable building solutions.
Manage a growing team of 20 focused on strategic growth with large, nationalbuilding portfolio building owners
Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of theTechnical Services national markets division.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of high-performing professionals,including market managers and sales teams, to achieve ambitious targets anddeliver exceptional results in the high-performing buildings sector; whilefostering a people-first culture
Operational Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency in the high-performingbuildings division by overseeing resource allocation, budget management,and performance metrics tracking. Continuously identify areas for improvementand implement best practices.
What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry:
10 years of progressive experience leading operations, profit & loss,strategy, organic growth, business development and team building incommercial facilities or related industry
Proven experiencesuccessfully working with Fortune 500 companies and/orCritical environment building types on strategic improvement of buildingperformance
Experience "leading leaders" and the ability to develop future leaders
Proven ability to win new business in a competitive marketplace
