  KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Benefits Operations to join our Talent & Culture team.

  Responsibilities:Direct the management, operations, and administration of all employee and partner benefits programs and initiatives, including health and well-being and retirement, as well as the implementation of new vendors and systems and ensuring that all processes are efficient and effectiveOversee benefits budget and closely manage benefits-related financials, including developing short- and long-range planning proposalsDevelop processes and procedures to drive operational efficiencies and meet the departmental budget, and collaborate with talent acquisition team to create compelling value proposition for key hiresManage internal compliance, audit and monitoring activities, including identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk and providing general guidance on how to avoid or deal with such situations; ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employee benefits, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACALead process management and efficiency for all aspects of benefits; act as a solutions architect assessing chronic issues that could be solved programmatically; evaluate existing procedures and identify solutions to improve internal processes and ultimately user experienceBuild and maintain strong relationships with vendors and other stakeholders to ensure that our benefits programs are meeting the needs of our employeesQualifications:Minimum seven years of recent experience in HR benefits; background in pension benefits preferred and consulting experience is welcomedBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in HR, business administration, or related benefits fieldProject management experience implementing new programs, and has an understanding of benefits operations and process documentation; experience overseeing benefit plan administrationStrong knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with employees, vendors, and other stakeholdersSolid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to use data to drive decision-making

Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations. Available benefits are based on eligibility. Our Total Rewards package includes a variety of medical and dental plans, vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and a robust suite of personal well-being benefits to support your mental health. Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year. Additionally, each year the firm publishes a calendar of holidays to be observed during the year and provides two firmwide breaks each year where employees will not be required to use Personal Time Off; one is at year end and the other is around the July 4th holiday.
