  Provide equipment availability through technical expertise, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance to achieve manufacturing production targets.

  Responsibility 1 • Knowledge of the equipment as it relates to environment impact • Ability to maintain equipment as it relates to environment • Ability to identify potential environment hazards • Knowledge of emergency procedures • Skill to manually operate the equipment to avoid environmental hazard

  Responsibility 2 • Knowledge of department delivery targets • Equipment operation skills • Knowledge of production process in coverage area • Knowledge of department quality targets • Ability to control cost in area of responsibility • Ability to work with other groups in a team environment • Ability to perform or support Equipment PPA where applicable

  Responsibility 3 • Ability to read and perform job plan • Ability to operate equipment • Lock out / Tag out equipment skills • Ability to find parts in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) • CMMS (computerized Maintenance Management Systems) knowledge • Skill to perform mechanical maintenance • Ability to read PLC logic • Skill to perform electrical maintenance • Ability to confirm equipment readiness

  Responsibility 4 • Ability to read, understand and use prints • Skill to use testing equipment • Ability to use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to create project work orders • Ability to coordinate project tasks with other groups • Ability to create an SAP (Specified Action Plan) • Ability to create spreadsheet for problem tracking • Knowledge of department characteristics • Knowledge of department project flow

  Responsibility 5 • Ability to manually operate / recover assigned equipment • Robot teach pendant handling skills • HMI (Human Machine Interface) utilization skills • Ability to understand equipment interlocks operational sequence • Ability to interact with production / operator • Knowledge of equipment interlocks

  Responsibility 6 • Equipment troubleshooting skills • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics • Ability to read / analyze PLC logic • Root cause analysis
