  Direct Hire - Administrative Assistant- Restoration Services- Woodside, NY

  We’re seeking to fill a Direct Hire role for an Administrative Assistant t o work at an office in Woodside, NY for a company that delivers fire and water cleanup and restoration services throughout the US and Canada.

  As an Administrative Assistant, you would be asked to assist office teammates and all customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

  Schedule and Compensation: $25-$30/hr based on experience

  *Schedule: 8am to 5pm M-F *

  Key Responsibilities

  Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team

  Coordinate crew and job scheduling

  Perform detailed and accurate data entry

  Assist other departments, as needed

  Position Requirements

  High school diploma/GED (preferred)

  Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office

  Knowledge utilizing Excel (Calculations, Formulas and Pivot Tables) is a Plus

  QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online experience is a Plus

  Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
