  What we do:

  Working as part of the Data Partnerships India team, this role will be based in our Gurugram office to lead the data partnership strategy and manage relationships with data providers across India. As the Director, Data Partnerships, you will work on a small and highly impactful team focused on driving one of TTD's top-most strategic initiatives in India.

  What you'll do:

  We are looking for a Data Partnerships Director to establish and to manage relationships with data partners in India. The ideal candidate will already be familiar with existing and potential data, analytic/ measurement partners as well as the B2C technology ecosystem in the region and will understand how to build long term strategic partnerships that create value for all participants.Key activities include optimizing partner performance, evaluating opportunities, and on boarding new partners. The ideal candidate must enjoy an entrepreneurial, competitive, and rapidly shifting environment.

  Establish the India market's partnership strategies based on market dynamics and business opportunity, with specific emphasis on Data partners, Retail/E-Commerce platforms and Broadcasters/OTT platforms in the regionAct as a key figurehead for the Trade Desk in the market, representing TTD's partner ecosystem and strategic objectivesPartner closely with India Leadership teamIdentify partnership opportunities; collect feedback on existing/potential utilization from agency teams and conduct research on top prospectsInitiate partnerships based on strategic planning or clients' needs in the India market, and prioritize based upon business impactDrive optimal relationship structure for partnerships in alignment with Product, Legal, Finance, and other internal stakeholdersMaintain regular communications and checkpoints with management and with partners to report on status on future opportunitiesFacilitate communication internally and externally related to partnerships (demands, strategies, roadmaps, operational requirements)Provide sales enablement support to drive adoption of TTD's retail, identity and measurement solutions including Unified IDDrive thought leadership and be a strong advocate for TTD in trade press, events etc.Manage Relationships with Key Industry Bodies on Data Related Priorities eg. BARC India

  Who you are:

  10+ years in commercial data, adtech environments, programmatic, media orgsExperience initiating and/or managing relationships with strategic partners, especially among the senior levels at B2C digital platforms, retail and/or ecommerce companies and broadcastersSelf-motivated problem-solver comfortable wearing different hatsAs the first Data Partnerships lead in India, traverse C-level strategy discussions with Digital platforms right through to technical implementation discussionsProven communication, questioning, and listening skills in formal and informal settingsComfort with fast-paced, dynamic working environment with shifting prioritiesAbility to build excellent rapport with internal (Legal, Finance, Product) and external stakeholders; strong teamwork is a mustMust be comfortable working in a distributed / remote team environment as teammates are in many different regions
