Minimum qualifications:

　　Experience in a data center, network operation center, help desk, or similar environments.

　　Experience with full suite TCP/IP-based protocols, routing, and network management protocols.

　　Ability to work non-standard work rotations/shifts.

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　Experience with Unix or GNU/Linux systems.

　　Linear programming knowledge or experience.

　　Coding skills (Python).

As an Operations Technician, you'll install, configure, test, troubleshoot and maintain hardware (like servers and its components) and server software (like Google's Linux cluster). You'll participate in or lead small project teams on larger installations and develop project contingency plans. 　　The US base salary range for this full-time position is $63,000-$105,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. 　　Contribute to and lead efforts/projects in the deployment, maintenance, and support of current and new data center servers and network infrastructure.

　　Lead complex troubleshooting and resolve critical or escalated technical issues over a significant population of affected equipment.

　　Assist in deploying next generation ML platforms, providing feedback to local deployment/project teams.

　　Help test and troubleshoot new complex server hardware components and designs.
