  The Business Data Analyst is the front line of Siemens Digital Industries customer data change management arm called NextLevel. The role is the spear of the Sales transformation hub to that faces every day’s battle to identify data structures, items, process and steps to implement major change among regional Siemens sales organizations.

  As a CRM and customer data expert within DI Sales, you will focus on CRM-data (customer data quality a semantic) for operational sales to support our Salesforce and business analyses. Based on the governance of sales operational processes the focus is on CRM data maintenance & data management for CRM Data quality improvements.

  Business trajectory of Automation and Software must be united and we seek a person with sales data experience with structured approach to new programs, change management. We are looking for this champion to be the customer data manger and mentor in one single united role.

  DI Sales shapes the future of sales through first-class consultation and innovative solutions in our regions for a unique customer experience. From further developing the whole Sales Organization through close collaboration between HQ and the regions – we enable and support the countries with sales data, excellence methodologies, tools and best practices based on a global overview. By constantly going one step further and pushing our boundaries to take the regions and their businesses to the next level where they can exceed their partners’ and customers’ expectations.

  Responsibilities:

  Work jointly on a comprehensive customer data change management

  Drive business data maintenance processes & data management

  Drive CRM data quality improvements

  Execute data operations, search and discovery based on advanced data tools, DB operations

  Review CRM data quality benchmarks and plan actions on it

  Run CRM data analyses

  Conduct a thorough assessment: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in sales data objects, structures, and technology needed.

  Engage stakeholders and foster collaboration: Facilitate communication and build relationships with sales, software teams, countries and line management.

  Handle Stakeholder interactions: ensure their collaboration and measurable outcome

  To act as a sales data interface for NXTL sales related processes between RCs and HQ

  Ensure regional adoption of DI sales data processes and activities.

  Ensure that the vital documentation and mentorship is available.

  Support regional companies in execution.

  Qualifications:

  Fluent English.

  CRM knowledge based on Salesforce, Sugar, Hubspot, Pipedrive or others

  Analytics skills with tools skills like Tableau, GoodData, Watson Analytics, Spark, PowerBi will be helfull

  Customer data structures experience

  Commercial or customers databases as well as customer hierarchy systems experience will be advantage

  Industry coding: SISIC, ISIC, SIC and other vertical reporting is advantage

  Data flow, data management and data processes experience will be great but not mandatory

  Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding sales data

  Ability to identifying pain points and suggesting suitable solution, process or fix.

  Good networking and communication skills, collaborative and detail oriented

  Organized and structured

  3+ years in a data driven role

  Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel
