  What do you contribute?

  We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Business Partner (f/m/d) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business unit Rolling Stock, ensuring that IT solutions align with business strategy, goals, and objectives.

  You will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner (f/m/d) to the business unit Rolling Stock, understanding business needs, challenges, and objectives.

  In doing so, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, fostering effective communication and collaboration between IT and business units.

  In addition, you will translate business requirements into IT solutions, working closely with technical teams.

  Also, you will provide guidance and recommendations on technology trends, emerging solutions, and best practices to drive business transformation and innovation.

  Furthermore, you will ensure that IT projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements and expectations.

  Next to this, you will monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of IT solutions, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

  What do you bring along?

  You hold a master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  Next to this, you bring in long-term experience as an IT Business Partner (f/m/d) or in a similar role, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver IT solutions.

  You do have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  In addition, you bring in project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively.

  You convince with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  Fluent English language skills round off your profile.
