Staff Accountant (Part time)

　　SRC, Inc. (https://www.srcinc.com) is currently seeking a part-time staff accountant up to 30 hours a week. The selected candidate will provide accounting and analytical support for general accounting, billing, and payable functions. This position reports to the Corporate Controller.

　　What You'll Do

　　Preparation of monthly account reconciliations, journal entries and customer invoices

　　Supports accounts payable with processing invoices and cash disbursements

　　Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes

　　Support annual internal and external audits

　　Perform other general accounting activities and complete analytical processes as needed

　　Hybrid/fully remote opportunities are available

　　What You'll Bring

　　Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

　　Experience: 3+ years of experience

　　MBA, CPA or CMA a plus

　　Must be able to work independently and have strong problem-solving skills

　　Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel

　　Position requires excellent communications skills, and a positive, customer service orientation

　　Attention to detail a must

　　Exposure to Deltek Costpoint is a plus

　　Must be U.S. citizen

　　Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $27.00 to $34.00/hour. The hourly rate will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
