　　You make a difference by:

　　You will lead a global business employing around 100 people in the areas of design, manufacturing / assembly, project management and quality. You take the responsible for P&L of the company.

　　You maintain close cooperation with the global sales regions and make high customer satisfaction and the timely and cost-effective implementation of projects your top priority.

　　Your strategic understanding and your innovative ideas will be specifically incorporated into the development of appropriate strategies for the sustainable achievement of business targets.

　　You will plan the business figures to be achieved together with your commercial partner and implement related measures.

　　In this role, you will report to the Global Head of Project Business in Siemens Automotive and be part of this management circle.

　　Your success is based on:

　　You have gained experience in the automotive environment and / or project business.

　　You have many years of extensive management experience, ideally in the position of Managing Director / General Manager.

　　Ideally, you have a strong understanding of complex overall mechatronic systems.

　　You have convincing negotiating skills and a confident manner and embody our Siemens values.

　　A degree in engineering and business fluency in English and German form the basis of your success.
