A Day in the Life
Monitoring of blocked orders and ensuring block lifting in a timely manner to enable prompt product shipment and invoicing.
Handling queries and maintaining smooth ongoing communication with internal partners (Regional Office, Sales Force, Order to Deliver Team, Order Entry Lab, Pricing Team, Inventory, Order Entry Factory, Returns Factory and Disputes Factory) via Outlook or SAP CIC.
Handling reports & performing follow-up actions for open orders at agreed frequency and accuracy.
Working in SAP ECC & CIC environment.
Entering direct patient orders related for Diabetes division.
Must Haves
At least B2 level in Italian and English
Detailed-oriented and quality-focused
Adapting well to dynamic work environment
Displaying the can-do attitude and interest in continuous process improvement
Able to work with under time constraints
Nice to Haves
Experience in working on SAP (ECC, CIC)
Experience in the Customer Service area
