Description:
The Customer Service Representative is the primary internal customer facing representative of the service team. Perform various customer service activities including answering incoming calls and web requests for parts and service, direct calls to service technicians, open service cases, prepare quotes, sales orders and duties as needed. Our company builds expensive machines that manufacture metal roofs and gutters. Customers calling in could be individual contractors or commercial companies
Must Have:
2+ years in customer service inbound calls
Experience with CRM and case management systems
Overall PC literacy (MS Office 10) is required
Detailed oriented, self-motivated and disciplined to handle multiple tasks
