From providing best-in-class customer service solutions to assisting with data entry and documenting all customer service events, Customer Service Coordinators work to move our business forward. The ideal candidate will have proficient problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, manage time between responsibilities appropriately, and understand data entry to foster a productive workflow between customers and the internal team.

  Responsibilities:

  · Provide best-in-class solutions to customer complaints/issues.

  · Apply problem-solving skills to real-life situations in a timely manner with follow-up to ensure all issues are resolved.

  · Strong communication skills, both in-person, on the phone and virtually to support customers and the internal team; act as a liaison between customers and servicers.

  · Assist with data entry and document uploading for client communications and work in client-facing systems to upload paperwork; document all internal and external systems and maintain a record of all event requests.

  · Receive and respond to inbound telephone calls involving scheduling/rescheduling, order modifications, customer payment processing, customer complaints, and basic inquiries from customers, clients, and servicers.

  Role Qualifications:

  · 2 years’ customer service experience preferred, aligned to the Home Solutions Division

  · High school diploma or equivalent

  · Successfully complete CRST customer service training classes and assessment
