Remote Opportunity

　　We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Customer Marketing Associate. You will work closely with Marketing, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to implement, track, and support customer campaigns across all of our brands. You will have the opportunity to work directly with customer advocates to showcase their stories through media campaigns and digital assets including case studies, videos, webinars, and emails. This hands-on role will provide you with well-rounded experience in all areas of marketing and allow you to work closely with top SaaS marketers to help you learn, grow, and contribute to a rapidly growing business.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Assist Director of Customer and Partner Marketing in developing and executing multi-touch campaigns that focus on our current install base (churn reduction, product launches, add-on, upsell, and attachment)

　　Write copy and build assets (landing pages, blogs, webinars, success stories, etc.) to support customer campaigns

　　Build and manage relationships with existing customers to showcase in marketing initiatives

　　Measure campaign success, evaluating KPIs, trends, patterns, and enhancements to be shared with key stakeholders

　　Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to key stakeholders and provide instructions for use or promotion

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

　　Passionate customer-centric marketer with at least 2 years of related experience

　　Must have experience in the SaaS, technology, or software industry

　　Understanding of marketing concepts, campaigns, and resources

　　Must have experience with marketing technology such as, WordPress, Marketo, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Adobe Create Suite, Hootsuite, or Asana

　　Experience with Marketing Email Platforms such as HubSpot, MailChimp, Marketo, or Pardot

　　Strong written and communication skills

　　Excellent organizational and project management skills

　　Creative and strategic approach to building campaigns and engaging customers
