　　Shift: Second Shift Monday – Friday 3:30PM – 12:00AM

　　In this Technical II role, you will have the opportunity to:

　　Cleave and deprotect oligonucleotides utilizing appropriate methods, Quantifying and sampling oligonucleotides for quality control tests. Translates order requirements to process and route, or formulate, oligonucleotides to the customer’s or downstream user’s specifications. Use automated and manual lab equipment, including limited maintenance and troubleshooting activities and use custom software packages to complete tasks and create final products.

　　Adhere to safety regulations, lab SOPs, contamination controls, and comply with ISO 9001 and 14001 requirements. Maintain accurate and detailed product and instrument records. Maintain daily ship deadlines and continue the pipeline for products that require further processing.

　　Organize and appropriately prioritize workload by assessing upstream and downstream activity to maintain an efficient flow. Communicate openly and effectively to ensure detailed information transfers within the group and across shifts.

　　The essential requirements of the job include:

　　Associate degree in a science-related field (biology, chemistry, etc.) plus 2 years of applicable lab experience is required. Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field is preferred.

　　Manual dexterity and technical proficiency with pipetting and sample handling.

　　It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

　　Sterilization and aseptic techniques.

　　Executes multiple processes simultaneously to ensure efficiency in product handling.
