Minimum qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

　　6 years of experience manipulating data sets with SQL and using statistics to solve technical problems.

　　Experience executing operational projects, project management approaches, tools, and phases.

　　Preferred qualifications: Experience leading technical, ambiguous, complex, and cross-functional projects.

　　Experience with Coding and building Data Pipelines, Data Warehouses, and Data Lakes.

　　Experience leading complex initiatives from strategy to execution and delivering results while managing multiple tasks with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

　　Knowledge of data center infrastructure requirements.

　　Ability to work through ambiguity and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills.

　　The US base salary range for this full-time position is $167,000-$256,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. 　　Responsibilities

　　Manage and coach a team of Critical System Health Program Managers to deliver against the team's key objectives, while also building an inclusive and collaborative team environment. Define the team's strategic priorities, operating model, and overall approach for improving the most critical Google Customer Solutions (GCS)systems/tools and associated infrastructure improvements, to detect and prevent issues from occurring. Build strong relationships and skillfully influence both technical and business leaders across key cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Sales Finance, CSO, Business Programs, Sales, etc.) to enable the team and drive change. Coach the team for structuring both technical and business problems that enable effective identification, diagnosis, monitoring, and ultimately improvement of GCS systems and tools.
