Our strength comes from our global footprint and enormous portfolio of advanced industrial sensors, measurement technologies, factory automation, simulation, and analytics tools.The Credit Analyst is responsible for evaluating new customers, establishing credit limits, monitoring credit limits, researching account activity, and resolving past due accounts through extensive contact with customers. Responsible for improving cash flow and minimizing bad debt.Responsibilities:Review and contact past due customer accounts to resolve delinquencies and ensure prompt paymentIdentify issues attributing to account delinquency and determine collectability of past due accountsResolves debits, credits, unapplied cash and other deductions or discrepanciesInterfaces with various intercompany departments to resolve credit issues and disputes regarding shipments, products, or purchase order discrepanciesFollow through on issues to final resolutionResponsible for daily credit approvals and release of ordersPerforms credit investigation of new accounts through Dun & Bradstreet, customer provided credit, and financial dataResponsible for credit approvals up to $250,000 and establishment of new customers for serviceHandles all customer account maintenance, files, and customer's vendor data requirementsRun monthly customer statements and review before mailingRun and analyze month-end receivable aging reportsPerforms other assigned duties as related to the credit functionQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience3 - 5 years commercial credit work experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentAdvanced MS Office skillsExcellent Customer Service skillsStrong mathematical and analytical skillsStrong problem-solving and research skillsSense of discretion and maintainsconfidentiality.Knowledge of SalesForce.com and Service max Applications or related systemsAtHexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, our spirited energy and engagement are evident in our commitment to our work, passion for what we do and the speed by which we achieve it.
