Role Summary
Manages quality of databases of qualitative and quantitative data. Conducts advanced research and analysis for research analysts and consultants. Interacts occasionally with external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Ensures accurate recording and monitoring of investment strategies and content across databases according to T. Rowe Price policies and procedures. Edits content to fit database requirements and positioning of strategy. Develops recommendations for timely resolution of issues and escalates identified quality issues to more senior professionals. Manages and contributes content/information to consultant databases, working with relationship managers to ensure appropriate strategy population, content, and data requests are met for each consultant database. Assists in the data aggregation to support the team’s automated reporting process. May work with consultant research analysts who provide input on ratings for T. Rowe Price investment products.

Gathers data and advanced information from qualitative and quantitative resources to prepare reports, research, or other materials to meet senior relationship management professionals’ information request needs. May interact directly with consultants to ensure that the inquiry is addressed in a professional/timely manner.
Coordinates with a cross-functional team, including content management, strategy writers, investment specialists, and marketing data teams to ensure adherence to quality standards across channels. Identifies best practices to be shared with the broader team.
Prepares and responds to requests for information or requests for proposals (RFP) related to consultant databases. Works with more senior team members and the global consultant relations team to develop proposals. May respond directly to the consultant on behalf of the consultant relations manager. Monitors RFP outcomes through an internal database or follows up directly with the relationship manager.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
2+ years of total relevant work experience

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.
