　　Meeting the need for smart infrastructure – Energy Automation

　　Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

　　• As the system export finance function under Energy Automation Business Unit in Smart Infrastructure in India.

　　• In this role you are fully responsible for the Order Execution in terms of Order Booing to CASH for export business & facilitate the smooth operations of this segment. Good understanding of Balance sheet accounts will be considered as additional.

　　• You will ensure proper reporting, controlling, accounting, costing, sales administration and internal & external audits.

　　• Good knowledge of FEMA, FOREX hedging and reporting is required.

　　• You will be responsible for all commercial activity related to the order costing, order booking, analysis of SDOCC, COPA reports and execution process.

　　• Strong knowledge on documentation, bank guarantee, letter of credit is must. Along with these, basic export commercial knowledge such as INCO terms, logistic management is required. Experience with engaging freight forwarder, custom clearing house agent, transporter is must.

　　• In this context, you will responsible and coordinate for quotation, costing comparison and clarify foreign currency, tax, shipping and insurance issues and determine these with the specialist departments.

　　• Confident in customer facing and good communication skills with active engagement.

　　• Implementing and ensuring compliance with internal policies, guidelines and procedures

　　• You are post graduate in accounting/Masters from premier institute will be preferred

　　• You have 6-10 years of experience in finance/accounting

　　• You have significant experience working in a multi-national environment and in a matrix organization

　　• Strong SAP knowledge on system export activities with strong base in FICO
