Commercial Operations facilitates the sales and licensing efforts of International Content Distribution. Primarily working with the EMEA regional sales executives, Commercial Operations supports fundamental processes, from initial sales lead through deal approval in Sales Force, to complex analytical support to measure deal integrity and drive revenue.
Working as part of the Commercial Operations team, the Coordinator provides centralised support for the EMEA regional sales executives.
What will you be doing?
Operational support to assist sales negotiations
Analyse features and series offers, utilising sales histories and market data
Use auto avail reports to fulfil and curate various research projects
Manage customer setup and customer maintenance
Request product avails/clearances
Monitor Salesforce workflow; create and enter deal memo and commercial deal changes
Monitor approval routing to ensure timely completion
Initiate Third Party Approval process
Maintain individual sales budget planner
Field customer inquiries at the direction of Sales and coordinate with internal group as needed
Identify opportunities to increase material availability
What are we looking for?
Essential
Experience in preferably with entertainment and/or international backgroundDesirable
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
Familiar with a variety of industry concepts and properties
Ability to work well under pressure
Self-motivated, pro-active
