JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: Purpose Perform the day-to-dayadministrative activities of the Pediatric Surgery GOOD Study. Providesupport to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program\'sgoals. Primary Functions Recruit, screen, enroll and obtain consent fromprogram participants. Conduct or coordinate training for programparticipants. Coordinate research protocols including arrangingnecessary appointments and procedures, working collaboratively withother departments and institutions, and maintaining contact with studyparticipants. Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data. ReportGOOD Study research program data and progress to study investigators andkey stakeholders. Identify problems or obstacles in thesystem/procedures related to implementation of the research protocolsand communicate to the study investigators. Assure compliance with allrelevant IRB and other regulatory agency requirements. Assist in thepreparation of IRB documents and reports. Assist in the evaluation andwriting of research protocols. Collaborate on the development of programmaterials including educational materials, marketing materials,websites, forms, and reports. Work with Principal Investigators todevelop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and filesrelated to the program. Maintain program timeline including trackingdeadlines for program components. Coordinate program outreach activitiesincluding acting as a liaison with community organizations and servingas a point of contact for the GOOD Study. Knowledge - Skills - AbilitiesKnowledge of biology, chemistry, mathematics, documentation, and recordsmanagement. Data utilization, complex problem solving, criticalthinking, resource management, and writing skills.
