　　Pikeville, KentuckyAs a full time, exempt, Pharmacy Manager with CPS Solutions, LLC at Pikeville Medical Center, you willserve as the leader ofclinical pharmacy programs and services,developa strong clinical team ina progressive healthcare environment andhospital which serves as a teaching facility.Responsibilities Include:developing and maintenance of a drug policy to support optimal pharmaceutical care andpromotes optimalcost effectiveness forall patients; assess, develop, coordinate, implement, andmaintenance of clinically relevant tools to support clinicalprogramsand services;aid the Director of Pharmacy in maintaining the pharmacy andanannual clinical plan with the RegionalDirector of Clinical Service. Clinical services include an antimicrobial stewardship, anticoagulation program, and general clinical pharmacy services that includepatient dosing and monitoring.Clinical services support theOncology, Critical Care, and Infectious Disease departments.

　　Schedule: This position will work at least 40 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday daytime hours.

　　About the Facility:At 340 beds, Pikeville Medical Center is the largest hospital in southeastern Kentucky and is accredited by TheJoint Commission. The medical center offers servicesincludingcardiac care, medical, surgical, pediatric, neonatal intensive care, rehabilitation, oncology, neurology, pain and wound care, a level 2 trauma center and home care services.There are future plans to expand services in Pediatrics, NICU and Emergency Services.

　　About the Pharmacy:The central pharmacy is open 24 hours, 7 days per week and offers decentralized clinical services. Pharmacy automation includes EPIC (changing from Open Vista), Pyxis, Swisslog and automated cart fill.CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.Required Qualifications:

　　PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy Current Kentucky Pharmacist license in good standing3+ recent years of experience as a clinical pharmacist in a hospital settingSuccessful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency preferredExperience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systemsDemonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, respond to client concerns and work cooperatively with other staff.Hospital Requirements:
