About Client Relationship Management (CRM) Assistant

  Description

  The CRM Assistant will support the Sales Operations team in linking and resolving unmatched accounts in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Experience (CE) with records in Illuminate (an internal Power BI reporting tool), in order to reduce duplicate accounts, improve relationships between systems, and enrich CE records. This role will work closely with the Sales, Sales Operations, and the Technology Services teams to support projects that will impact data analysis, management, and precision targeting.

  · Match customer accounts to established third-party national databases by entering unique identifiers in CE.

  · Identify duplicate records and accounts in CE and resolve accordingly.

  Work collaboratively on creative solutions with cross functional teams that include sales leaders and analysts in an agile environment.

  Document data accurately and ensure proper documentation processes are followed.

  Perform other position-related duties as assigned.

  Software/Technology Skills:

  · Experience with data analysis using spreadsheets (Excel)

  · Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

  Requirements - Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

  At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

  Foundational knowledge in Administrative Assistance

  Experience with data entry

  Comprehensive knowledge of CRM

  Strong familiarity with Power BI

  Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  Ability to use the internet for research
