Key Responsibilities:
✍️ Prepare, edit, and proofread a variety of legal documents.
Collaborate with attorneys to advance litigation, providing regular case status updates and addressing client and case needs promptly.
️ Assist attorneys with discovery processes, including requests, depositions, and issuing subpoenas.
Support document review and analysis through various platforms.
️ Manage electronic case files using the iManage document management system for organized and easily accessible information.
⚖️ Prepare for trial, including compiling materials, coordinating witnesses, issuing trial subpoenas, managing exhibits, and attending trial proceedings.
Paralegals must log 1800 billable hours
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
⏰ 4+ years of litigation law firm experience (defense experience preferred).

Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and meticulously proofread diverse documents such as correspondence, agreements, and pleadings.
Collaborate with attorneys to facilitate the progression of litigation in each case, proactively updating team members on case statuses, and promptly notifying attorneys of critical client and case requirements.
Aid attorneys in the discovery process, encompassing the preparation of discovery requests, participation in depositions, and the issuance of subpoenas.
Support document review and analysis utilizing various platforms.
Efficiently manage electronic case files using the iManage document management system, ensuring organized and easily accessible information.
Prepare for trial, involving the compilation of trial materials, coordination of witnesses, issuance of trial subpoenas, management of exhibits, and attendance at trial proceedings.
Every client is 1800 billable hours
