　　DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs the Project Coordinator, your role will involve overseeing and organizing the work of subordinate engineers in the creation of flood protection projects. These projects may include various hydraulic structures like levees, open channels, culverts, dams, and debris basins. Your main objective will be to ensure the development of contract plans and specifications that effectively meet project goals while being practical and cost-efficient.

　　Experience with specialized engineering design software, such as autocadd, experience with hydrology and hydraulics analysis, or experience with land interests, agreements, construction contracting, managing or coordinating engineered projects would be benficial to this position. Prior supervisory experience would also be beneficial.

　　QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:Four years of professional civil engineering experience which includes three years in the appropriate specialty and one year of experience in directing the work of civil engineers.

　　Special Requirement:Possession of a valid Professional Engineer license issued by the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists.

　　Condition of Employment:This position requires possession of a valid Class C non-commercial driver's license.
